The Healing Potential
The healing potential of the ElectroMagnetic Rainbow project is predicated on foundational aspects of frequency healing. To get a better understanding of how it could all work, let's go over a few basic concepts!

How does a Prism work?
Though the process of refraction! NASA says:

"Refraction is when light waves change direction as they pass from one medium to another. Light travels slower in air than in a vacuum, and even slower in water. As light travels into a different medium, the change in speed bends the light. Different wavelengths of light are slowed at different rates, which causes them to bend at different angles."

"For example, when the full spectrum of visible light travels through the glass of a prism, the wavelengths are separated into the colors of the rainbow."
​
Simply put, light from the sun contains all the colors in a rainbow, just mixed up. So when they travel through the glass of a prism, they travel at different speeds, separating them into their respective frequencies. What we get is a rainbow of different colors!
So What is an
Electromagnetic Rainbow?
Wikipedia defines electromagnetism as, "A branch of physics involving the study of the electromagnetic force, a type of physical interaction that occurs between electrically charged particles."
The electromagnetic force is carried by electromagnetic fields composed of electric fields and magnetic fields, and is responsible for electromagnetic radiation such as light.

NASA says, "All light is electromagnetic radiation, and the visible light spectrum is the segment of the electromagnetic spectrum that the human eye can view. This range of wavelengths is called visible light."

"The Electromagnetic Rainbow" describes the science of the color band produced by the Prism through refraction.

Each color vibrates at a specific frequency. Every living thing also vibrates at different frequencies, and carries its own sonic signature. As an example, the frequency of the cells in your heart vs your brain will be different.

The basis of frequency healing is entrainment.
Entrainment in physics refers to the frequency locking of two oscillating bodies, i.e., bodies that can move in stable periodic or rhythmic cycles. They have different frequencies or movement periods when moving independently, but when interacting they assume a common period.
​
It is believed by many researchers that frequencies can be generated to stimulate organ function or physically vibrate offending bacteria, viruses and parasites, resulting in their elimination from the body.
Electricity is everywhere, even in the human body. Our cells are specialized to conduct electrical currents. Electricity is required for the nervous system to send signals throughout the body and to the brain, making it possible for us to move, think and feel.

For the purpose of this project, we refer to the bioelectrical systems of the body in totality as "the Body Electric."
​
The human body is also electromagnetic, and has an electromagnetic field, also represented in frequency.

What does all of this mean?

Put simply, we think the electromagnetism associated with each color carries healing potential through entrainment with our body electric, specifically with the intensity of the living light produced by the color band from the Prism.

Yes, we know it's a little woo woo. But such is the mystery of life, nature, and the majesty that is the mystery between physics and metaphysics, science and spirituality.
Even if it is found that there is no measurable healing effect, the power of what is transpiring while bathing in living color is profound, and the beauty of experiencing this degree of intensity in color can be healing on its own.

It is our hope to add another layer to the many healing modalities that benefit so many people around the world, often in ways that remain unproved.
